Just the show floor, I wish i had press access.
I wish you did too, I could take you to some cool after parties
Oh well, well meet up and have a few drinks, and have a good old time anyway.
Sure will, just much nicer on the company's dimes
It is now that time, dont forget to get in touch man!
Will do almost forgot I was going LOL.
Oh come on, forgot?
Its just a few days away for you now.
I'd forget my own ass if it didn't follow me everywhere
You guys suck
Weren't you just flying over near here? Should have extended the vacation
I was. But I was with a pregnant wife who just wanted to get home
I wish I had the time to go to CES!!!
I always wanted to go to CES but I never get the chance
It should be a good time I'll be doing my best to take as many pictures as possible.
Just need to decide how to post the pictures.
Got any pics of the Gibson/Onkyo section? That's what I want to see.
No but I will make sure to get some, for you.
The TPU guys are likely to hit Onkyo, I think, but I'm not so sure on the Gibson side of things, mainly because TPU is PC stuff, and, well, Gibson is guitars.
I'm a die-hard Gibson fan though, can't get enough of their stuff.
Thanks man, it's greatly appreciated!
No worries, I like to look at Gibsons stuff too.
did not get a pic when we were there the other day, they weren't done finishing setup, and I hear Carrot Top is there what were they thinking????
I am going back to the LVCC show floor in a couple of days and I will try to find time to make it back to the tents!
Carrot Top is a cool guy, IMHO, pretty down to earth. I seen him at NAMM. Could be show-face though.
They are online in our TPU live coverage section. Not that much Gibson but plenty KRK, new Onkyo and Cerwin Vega.
Look at my avatar. What do you think I want to see?
Totally not tech though, otherwise I would have sent ya a msg.
More of a Fender guy myself, but would still love to own a Les Paul.
My avatar is a $4500 oversized Buckethead Lespaul(1 of less than 60 out of the original run, built with far different specs that the retail models) I tossed in the snow in my back yard for that pic.
Fenders are great too, I play both. Today, with modern audio technology, it is not necessary to have all these different types of guitars that sound only barely slightly different, but the actual FEEL of each is definitely unique.
But when it comes to collectability, Gibson guitars garner more attention(and thereby resale value), and I am not sure why. I'll never sell any of guitars though...might trade to get better, but never sell.
So, new models on the CES show floor, might be future purchases for me. Different paint, configurations, there's more variety to Les Pauls then there is to PCs!
