ye ive ran 4.3ghz on my giga board without problems i think its my memory tbh its tweaked as much as i can get it stable. only running at 900mhz i can run it @ 1033mhz but it does'nt make any difference really with the preformance tweaked.

When windows does that with the activation, your OC isn't stable. It means something has been corrupted.

I've run my cpu all the way up to 4455 from 3000, and everything in between, and never had an issue.

I've done similar with my older P4HT, everything from 3.06 to 4.6 and back and never had any issues; nor did I have any issues with my current setup . . . until the recent update packs after I activated. TBH, I believe it was one of the .NET updates - not sure which one, but they're the only updates I couldn't roll back or "undo" by means of a system restore. .NET can be buggy as hell sometimes :ohwell:
