Cool IT Systems Introduces New Line of CPU and GPU Coolers

i used a coolit product for awhile, worked until it pist me off, i guess thats not fair thought. HAHHAHH it worked okay for the time being,

Do not buy these. I had my ALC explode, yes I said explode like a wine bottle. These use the same housing and tube that the ALC uses.

I've seen a porsche break down, does that mean other people should avoid them too?

Shit can happen man, all brands have stuff that breaks.

And Ping strikes again :)

Mate give this new release a chance.
I know you don't like CoolIT, but give it a chance.

It's far from being exactly the same revision.
You might actually end-up liking it!?

I've had successive horrid experiences with Asus boards in the past.
But I don't continue to vehemently argue against their use.

O yea then tell me why in the bit-tech review exploded 5 times?

I've had one for ages, it had a previous owner too, know how many times its exploded?

zero times!

Bad batches happen all the time, the amount of stuff you see product recalled when you work in a super market

2 batches and 5 explosions speak for them selves, and we aren't the only ones. The barbs and tubs from Coolit are junk and they refuse to fix them. Judging from the hype and video I think you guys think it will beat a custom loop, even then the H50.. Check out the temp on the video from CES, the Vantage had a idle temp of 37°C for a AMDII system. The H50 kicks the crap out of that on a AMDII OC'd system.

O yea the Vantage and the ECO are the same thing temperature wise. The Vantage just has 200+ dollars worth of gimmicks.

I wouldn't waste my money on the Vantage, I just want to see the H50 & Eco compared directly and thoroughly, all "fanboy-isms" aside.

From the idle temps I seen at CES it's not even in the same ball park as the H50.

Like I was saying it exploded 5 times on the bit-tech reviewer. You are going to have a better chance of someone doing the review, than an actual website reviewer. These website reviewers are a tight knit community, when they hear that a liquid cooling unit exploded 5 times on one reviewer. It's to much of a risk to review.

Why are you reverting to personal attacks?

If you could post some comparative reviews backing-up your religious conviction that the H50 is "always" better, then I'd be the 1st to agree!

What are the review sites playing at, someone's got to do an H50 vs Eco test and soon.

What's the consensus on the NorthQ 3580, it's a lot cheaper now (£45 in the UK)

... or is there a reason for that?

Nice find, but it's getting on a bit now though, not sure I'd trust it with a quad core, or my 5850! lol

8)

Quad core is understandable, but your 5850 probably runs cooler then the cards this was designed to run

I can't recall where but I'm sure I read that Corsair did more than cosmetic tweaks to the device the H50 was based on.
So I doubt it's exactly the same, but I'd hazard a guess that the performance difference is negligible, if there is any.

Ping isant the only one that dosent like CoolIT:laugh:(I had a bunch of trouble with them before)
Ever heard the expression "where there is smoke there is fire"?

I am not a big fan of Bit Tech either but the fact there were so many that failed it makes me want to pay attention to cost cutting/poor design

and with all the time effort that has been invested in air cooling heatsinks I dont understand why anyone would spend money on entry level water cooling stuff. All these things are similar to the crap one CoolerMaster used to sell before.

I've seen a porsche break down, does that mean other people should avoid them too?

LOL, if I had 5 Porches die one right after another I wouldnt get one (comparing this basic/entry level water cooler to a Porsche is silly)
