Corsair, a world leader in high-performance PC hardware, today announced the ultra compact, low-profile Flash Voyager Vega USB 3.0 flash drive. The slim, thumb-sized drive is less than 5mm thin and 24mm long including the built-in key ring loop, making it a perfect keychain companion for data transfers on the go, or an ideal plug-and-leave storage solution for notebooks, car audio systems, game consoles, and other devices. The new drive is available immediately in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB capacities from Corsair.com and retailers around the world.

Protected in a gleaming scratch-resistant hard chrome plated zinc alloy enclosure, the Flash Voyager Vega drive is as eye-catching as it is rugged. Thanks to high-speed USB 3.0 support, file transfers complete in a fraction of the time of previous generation flash drives, with a discrete blue LED showing when data transfers are active. The drive also supports USB 2.0 for compatibility with older PCs, and Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux are all supported with no additional software required.

Pricing, Availability, and Warranty
The Flash Voyager Vega flash drive is available immediately from Corsair's worldwide network of resellers and is backed by a 5-year warranty and Corsair's well-earned reputation for quality, compatibility, and performance.

Suggested retail pricing is as follows:
  • Flash Voyager Vega 16GB: $16.99 USD
  • Flash Voyager Vega 32GB: $24.99 USD
  • Flash Voyager Vega 64GB: $44.99 USD

I happen to have a Flash Voyager USB 3.0 which doesn't even work on USB 3.0. Everytime i start transfering files, the Drive cuts out after 10-20 seconds. I RMAed it 3 times and none of the replacements work.

All my other USB 3.0 devices work flawless.

No more Corsair USB Drives for me.

Same here. Had two Corsair usb drives take a shit on me as well as an SSD (which to their credit they wound up replacing after a little bit of hassle). Never again.

I see Im not the only on with my reluctance to Corsair's flash drives :/ Had mine 64GB Slider RMA'd twice because of extremely slow write speed (17MB/s on USB 3.0?!?) and the replacement that followed was even slower. Ended up getting Sandisk extreme, sorry Corsair, no more.
