Hello, I just bought ROG Zephyrus G15 2022 version (Ryzen 6800hs) with 16GB DDR5 RAM (8 soldered + 8 stick), and I just installed CPU-Z to check the RAM and this is what I got:

What the hell are those readings! (575 MHZ DRAM Frequency?) (Uncore Frequency 287.8MHZ)

I also got this result in SPD tab:

Is this normal? Or have I just got screwed by ASUS?!

set high performance power profile and check again to see if it bumps up.

I tried that, same thing.
Can you run some benchmarks - cinebench, etc. is the performance low and does the memory run at expected speed under load?

Hi,
Activate xmp profile in bios.

DDR5, like DDR4, does have dynamic clock ability.

Hi,
Seems asus would at least show a performance mode
Use F7 to switch to advanced bios section maybe.

I wish I could help but I do not know anything about Ryzen mobile CPUs or quad channel DDR5 memory.

When the CPU is loaded running Cinebench, does the DRAM and Uncore frequency increase in CPU-Z?

I have seen similar timings before with quad channel memory.

Hi,
Start taking some pictures of what bios setting you do have.

I tires that, no they are staying the same, but however I got decent results in Cinebench R23, (1437 Single - 13700 multi), I think they're not bad.

I'm on it

Hi,
Also use hwinfo64 "sensors only" option okay the warning and it will show max/ min on all hardware not just memory and run some more benchmarks.

HWiNFO - Download

YAY! I guess everything is correct, right?

And the Bios has nothing to edit, I guess all ROG laptops has the same BIOS

I also ran a lot of memory benchmarks and got these too:

Isn't the UCLK suppose to be higher than this?

Hi,
I don't see the memory dropping on minimum which it should be if you're on a balanced power plan and not high performance.
