Nope. Crysis is almost strictly gpu limited.

@Shadowfold - Roll back to Catalyst 8.2. Many have reported performance hits using 8.3.

No, I have an E2140 and it's fine. It's because 1.2 seriously fucks up the multiplayer, causing massive lag.

I wouldn't. I would just buy a new Core2 cpu. And try different ATI drivers before you give up.

I'm still playin Crysis - and I bought the game shortly after release!! Damn slideshow skipping and all slowing progress down, but I'm intent to be amoung the first to finish this game on at least 'Medium' settings!!

Great game...that underwater fast paced tunnel ride scene was excelent!

Meh, Crysis is better than Far Cry much due to lesser amount of retarded monsters.
Could be a great deal longer though.
