i think i need even higher voltage for my ram as 1.3v is not cutting it because i got brief buzz freeze when exiting cyperpunk maybe should i go 1.35v, it's stock voltage is 1.2v and 2666mhz with 19-19-19-43 timings but i am running them 2400mhz (intel chipset limitation) with 13-13-13-28 timings. They are Hynix DDR4 CJR and JJR sticks

Try it, test them and see if if it helps. 1.35v wont hurt them. More than likely youll have to loosen your timings a tick or two.
