Why? You mean just TLS 1.3? That will lock out a significant portion of the internet for no reason? or 1.3 and 1.2 ? or 1.3 and 1.2 and 1.1? 1.0? SSL3? SSL2. There's also like 50 cipher suites to take into account, toowould it be feasible to have a semi-hidden domain like tls.techpowerup.com or something that does not/cannot downgrade tls? like, im pretty sure there's nothing to be gained from doing a tls downgrade attack against tpu, but ...
