it could be the cpu.. without swapping parts out its hard to pinpoint such problems..

i have already taken the gpu out and ran the same benchmarks without crashing

What games work fine and which ones crash? What kind of crashes are we talking? A hard freeze? Unresponsive black screen? BSOD?

GPU stress tests like furmark or prime95
Prime95 is a CPU stress test. If you're crashing while running only Prime95 then it's likely not a GPU issue.

Is anything in your system overclocked: CPU, RAM frequency, GPU? I would try clearing CMOS and running the problem games/tests and seeing if you still get the crashes.

Using a different GPU or using the iGPU on your 4570?

i`ll try this and nothing is overclokced, my monitor usually says "unsopported video format or framrate" then my pc reboots or it freezes and i have to hard reset. i apologize i confused prime 95 with another stress test, i run minecraft with shaders and path traced shaders with gpu usage at 100% but if i move to something else like fortnite at high 1080p pc reboots instantly 720p doesn`t reboot 75% of the time. also on video editing i can edit just fine but when i do anything to do with masking my pc also reboots. thanks for taking your time to help me

Can you fill out your system specs here? https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/account/specs. I know you already mentioned CPU, GPU, and PSU, but without knowing everything that makes up your system, it's harder for us to help. I'm especially curious what monitor you have.

The "unsupported video format or framerate" error: is that an error that windows reports or something that your monitor shows (like it would show "no signal detected" if you turned it on and didn't have anything hooked up, if that makes sense)?

Are your graphics drivers up to date?

What type of display cable are you using? DVI? HDMI? Displayport? Have you tried another display cable to make sure it's not a faulty cable?

using the igpu in the i5 4570

using up to date drivers and currently using hdmi but moving to dvi in a couple of days

I strongly suspect that PSU is subpar, and may be the center issue.

i also believe but that`s why i came here before i waste any money

Have you tried a different HDMI cable? DVI is an older interface and I doubt you'll see any improvement. It doesn't support audio channels and requires a dual link DVI cable to push a 1080p 144Hz display, a single link DVI cable will not.
