EVGA's SuperNOVA 650 GS unit is made by Seasonic and features 80 PLUS Gold efficiency and a fully modular cabling design. This model looks to be ideal for anyone who wants a well-performing mid-capacity PSU.

Not often you see a Seasonic product getting it's ass whopped by a competing brand, but SF seems to be dong that quite readily as of late. Congrats to them, I remember years ago they were considered "crappy." What a comeback in recent times!

Seasonic isn't always that good. Only their top of the line things are good, the lower end can be pretty bad, especially protection whise...
I have a 550W EVGA GS here with a burned 5V VRM...

And Aris:
You missed the big ass 3900µF/16V Nippon Chemicon KZH, this unit has...
I had to salvage that one, just because...

And where I found it, is quite worrysome...
Because why would you use a KZH there?! Normally one would use KY...
And why a 3900µF?! Not just 3300µF...
