I just finished watching this and i'm still trying to pick my jaw from the ground ... WOW

I think this hasn't been posted yet: if it has, either merge it or delete, please.

I dont have time to watch this all :( What I want to know is how he got his hands on the 5770. And Eyefinity is running extremely high resolutions. I have issues running 1920x1200 on some games with my 4870x2, how exactly can these cards run 1980x1080 on 3 monitors and run fine? Especially on something like the 5770 which will be weaker than my 4870x2.

One thing i noticed from W1zzard's 58x0 reviews is that, the higher the resolution/details/both, the better it performs, when compared to other cards from both ATI and nVidia. Does that fully account for it, no: there must be something else, IMO.

I dont think he was using a 5770, it was a 5870 ;)

He said numerous times it was a 5770, I thought it was a slip the first time, but he says it again like 2 times then mentioned the 5770 and 5750 are out next week.

Yup: he was. However, the 5770 and, apparently, the 5750 will also have EyeFinity.

EDIT

I'll have to re-watch since i'm now doubting it was a 5870 ...

EDIT #2

Thanks to 1Kurgan1: If you hover your mouse over the white dots, you'll notice the 2nd one says 5870 and the 4th one, as 1Kurgan1 says, corrects the 5770 misshaps.

If you look at the 4th circle in the video line you will see they put an edit in there saying that it was their mistake and it is a 5870 :p So my mind wasn't playing tricks on me he did say 5770, I was like "wtf"

Go to 2:08 if you want to hear the 5770 slip the 1st time, it's just a bit after that.

Quote from the page "Let me apologize up front for some of our production issues with this video. The audio could be a lot better, but there were some issues beyond our control. Also there are several spots that I misspoke. The card being shown off is the Radeon HD 5870. The 5850 and 5770/50 cards will also natively support Eyefinity, but obviously exhibit different performance. "

Need help here: my jaw is still on the ground ...

Seriously, though: Depending on the power usage of the 5770 / 5750, one of those will be my next card, for sure.

My jaw just went through the basement when he made the comment about how much an improvement his and the friends driving became in NFS with the extra 2 monitors. I don't have it, but I've always had a hard time with driving games even though I know I can do better. Watching the video of the game at the end is nothing but stunning. I'm really liking this and am thinking about cruising the dell outlet when I get some money to spring for 3x monitors. Selling my 28" Viewsonic will help bring in some funds too.

I'm holding out until it is certain that crossfire works with this. I'm looking at two 5870s in about 6 months and I don't want this to turn into one of those things were it is promised but takes a year to deliver.

Finally got to watch it all, very cool. I wish I could stand racing games from the inside car view, but I either need to play behind the car or from the front bumper view. Having the steering wheel centered on the main screen just plays with my mind since it makes me feel like that should be the pivot point for the car, and it's not since thats actually the left hand side of the car.

Very impressive, one in the eye for nvidia.Ati pulled a corker this time.

Thanks for Posting.

I lmao when he blue screened, I am currently on a dell 30 inch, O wonder what the power usage would be with 3 24 ich monitors, or How immersive it would be with with 2 dell 30 inchers.

That dude does pretty cool video reviews. I have seen a few of his on yt and he goes into detail in the real world scenario as does Wiz.

that is very nice, i use 2 32 inch tv hyrda visioned, and that is something that turns me on, the only thing i dislike about it is where the they connect its the black bar, ugh that annoys me, figure out a way to remove it..and just get them right next to each other, sounds like A MOD! hahahahah
