Fan hub/fan controller help

Hello, I'm new to PC building and have noticed that my case doesn't come with a fan hub at all. Also, are fan hubs and fan controllers the same?
Which fan hub/controller would I need to buy so I can have all of my case fans functioning properly?(2 front intake, 1 rear exhaust, 2 top exhaust)
the cooler master fans are replacements for the stock fans on the CPU cooler. And I'll be putting the stock case fans on the top.
 
As I understand it, a fan hub lets you hook up more than one fan to the same connection, with the same controls applied across all fans on that connection (primarily for when you don't have enough connection on the board). A fan controller lets you hook up multiple fans to it for individual control.
As for concern that they're not functioning properly, honestly, many of the fans these days come with individual controls as well, so you could adjust speed as you need on each one. Why are you concerned that they don't function properly?

Since I don't know how they exactly work, and which fan hubs/fan controllers are good for a good price and which ones aren't. Which ports to use for which fan. That's what I meant when I talked about them functioning properly.
 
For a hub, it will usually have a specific lead that will be labeled to connect to your motherboard for control via that and then numbered inputs for the fans you are connecting, a fan controller will use supplemental power for powering the fans, then all the connections will be input where you plug the fan in, and have some manual control via a switch or knob, unless you go fancy with an screen. One thing to note that might make life easier, if all the fan in your case are the same, since your motherboard has 4 fan headers other than the CPU header, you can simply use a splitter cable to run additional fans, and maintain all the control via the motherboard rather than getting a fan controller or hub. Another thing to note, the CoolerMaster fans you want to replace the stock CPU cooler fans with aren't as powerful as the stock fans, so will reduce the performance of the cooler a touch.

Would a fan splitter be another thing you have to buy separately or does it come with case fans or the motherboard?
Also if they are less powerful than the stock fans could you recommend some replacements for a good price that doesn't look like something a stripper would use and has to have a nice subtle white LED look(the corsair fans for example) or be ARGB.
 
What @dark2099 said — your motherboard should offer more control and less software than most secondary controllers.

Fan splitters are sold separately, and should be cheaper than a hub or a controller. These fans have about the same specs as the ones that the cooler comes with, and are a bit more than what you had selected.

EDIT: When I am looking for fans for CPU coolers, I look more at the static pressure than CFM, as that is what is more important with coolers than cases. The static pressure is a measurement of how forcefully the air is moved, which directly impacts the ability of the air to move through the cooler, where CFM is just about how much air is moved.

mk ty, could you recommend me some fan splitters then too? Since I also don't know where and what to get with my combination of hardware. Obviously shouldn't have mustard and ketchup cables.

That was mostly an example, I just did a search for fan splitter on amazon, if you do the same, should be able to find one that is longer. One thing to take into account to is how long the cables from the fan are, so might not need a super long splitter. Also since your case isn't massive, shouldn't need that much length to reach everything.
