Whats your favorite softwares and why?
Bandizip
its purpose is to unzip/zip files, i like everything about it, its free!, cool looking icon, ui design, settings etc.
it doesnt have an ugly icon like winzip and 7zip.

CPUID hardware monitor pro
idc about the pro features. I would of just used the free version but it was reading my fan rpm wrong. So i thought why not just go pro and support the dev. since its a useful software.

This is just for fun so feel free to share your favorite softwares...

CPU-Z
Its free, easy to use and technically accurate + small size. great for measuring Vcore when OCing.

I like power shell

GPU-Z
Power Shell
qBittorrent
XnView
ClamWin AV
To name but a few :)

This one doesn't specify "free". Also, I feel like "software" is a bit more vague than "program" and could even include operating systems.

On that note, here are some of my favorite softwares in no particular order . . .

Cisco IOS, IOS XE, NX-OS, and ACI
Vyatta/VyOS
LiveAction
VMware vSphere ESXi
VMware vCenter
GNS3
Cisco VIRL
Angry IP Scanner
SuperPuTTY
Notepad++
Python
WireShark

OK . . . I think I should stop before the list gets too ridiculously long

WiFi Inspector
Totally free burner
OpenOffice
Office 2007
Windows 7
Android
HD tune
Snipping tool of Windows 7
Videolan

I forget to mention I also like AMD overdrive... (waits for flaming, abuse, anti-AMD hate msgs...) always works well on my system and especially the stability test option.

Asa for paid software... I really like MS Office and will hold on to my Office 2007 Ultimate until .. until I decide it's too old I guess.

Calibrize A decent monitor color calibrating software. It's free.
