Yeah, I think the 12700 is probably the reason. It's not the system where the card will end up, but it's the only thing I had in a case ready to go that I could test the card with during lunch.

My 6600XT is 5% faster @ 1080p and 10% slower @ 1440p with default clocks:

Completely stock on the GPU.

I’m hoping to be able to spend some time with the card this weekend with some actual game play to get a good feel for the card and driver situation.

Yes. The BM is mostly CPU bound.

I just checked my old score with i7 6700K was 2169 points lower then with my new i7 12700K, so yeah a more beefy CPU gets you a higher score with a decent GPU.

i just finished the Endwalker story patch quests tonight, I beat Endwalker when it launched, but just now came back and 3 major patches worth of main story quests to catch up on. just finished like 30 minutes ago, it was awesome.

Min slider 2641, Max slider 2741 and the frequency will be around 2700 +/-5 most of the time.

I might need a new CPU

OC of memory to 2700 does make its presence known, first run I had 19k. But the card's sitting at 60% util about half the bench, only the second last scene lets it rip at 100% and shows north of 300 FPS
