Today FinalWire released an update to the PC editions of its award-winning system information software. Version 5.70 comes with new multi-threaded ray tracing benchmarks, which fully utilize the latest instruction set extensions (AVX, AVX2, FMA). The new floating point tests use more realistic workloads and put more intensive load on the CPU.

The new AIDA64 edition is now capable of displaying hardware monitoring information on RGB LED backlit mice and provides information on the Vulkan capabilities of the latest AMD and NVIDIA graphics processors. Additionally, it can now read and display sensor readings for Corsair AXi power supply units.

Designed for corporate engineers and IT technicians, AIDA64 Engineer includes expert tools not available in AIDA64 Extreme, the home edition of the software. Today all four AIDA64 editions are updated to v5.70.

Beside the PC edition, the mobile versions have also been continuously updated. Released a year ago this month, the AIDA64 Android app has been downloaded more than 900,000 times, while on the four supported mobile platforms combined the number of downloads has now exceeded 1.2 million.

1.2mill downloads means nothing at all, it is a nice program but nothing i cannot do with a bunch of free programs so makes this program pointless.

@AsRock maybe so but having used all the free shit available. Aida tends to be more accurate and less troublesome. Sometimes its nice to just plain and simple have a program that not only does what 10 free apps do but do it right without fucked up values and wrong information.

The 1.2 million download count for the past 12 months is for the four _free_ AIDA64 mobile apps, not for the AIDA64 for Windows PCs software ;)
