so it is impossible to tell from the outside that anything has changed at all.

You can see the difference in the headers, but not in the contents or how it's rendered in your mail client

I was referring to what the user is seeing in the actual mail.

So just now I seen the prompt on TPU for the MP600 mini review, I checked gmail and is no email there though, either in spam or normal inbox.

I am pretty sure I checked email notifications when I watched the review section, but now cant verify as I dont see a way to see how its currently configured (just have the unwatch button). I will leave it as is to see if @W1zzard or another admin can verify if I have email set for it. I will report if the email arrives later.

This is what I just added now for graphics section as its busy there, if the email does arrive I will change my poll vote. (pretty sure this I set already for reviews).

Your original idea was correct I think (moving post not counting). I got email for "Low TimeSpy Score with 4090 High End System" thread, although I got two emails for it, I will change my vote now.

This is on gmail and it is in the inbox.

Works fine here. I dont sub to threads so I dont get tons of email from TPU. but I did get a few today from things I expected to get them from.
