Earlier today I switched to Amazon's E-Mail service for all outgoing forum emails.

Mostly just testing, not a permanent change

Are forum emails still going into your inbox? (i.e. not spam)

(The poll voter names are recorded so I can track down deliverability issues)

dont want to spam everyone with them, also there's daily limits when you're new and it takes time to build reputation

I don't think lot of people use email notif, that's why i told to send to everybody today.

Text of email should tell it's a test mail, only sent once, and link to this topic (poll) !!!

@W1zzard at 8:18am est time I got an email this morning in exactly the right spot of my gmail like I usually do when someone sends me a PM and the email notifies me of it. no issues at all on my end with gmail. vote cast for Inbox

Although I know the site doesn't owe us any explanations, but just curious what the reason for the change is/was ?

Is da Zonner offering TPU something that the previous provider did not, or are you just exploring the available options ?

The provider hosting our outgoing forum mails had a few hours outage a couple of weeks ago and I had no fallback plan, so exploring options now.

I got receive news and updates ticked, you sent any out lately?

As I cant see a way to test otherwise.

Enabled email alerts for any new review threads, you already had feedback, but I will chime in after next one is posted.
