As the title says, just wondering what's the best internet monitoring program to use on a Windows XP machine. One that logs download usage and upload usage and free would be great.

I did use one along time ago but i cant remember what it was, and my guess better ones have been made ever since.

:toast:

spectorsoft any good?

Found a good one that seems to have everything i want, from this website here >http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-download-upload-meter.htm

Melvis, you know everytime this question or one like is asked... I always have to say Bitmeter is my favorite and now it is Bitmeter II.

And, now, he makes Bitmeter OS.

They are free to use and Open Source.
They should fill your requirements.

no..no netmeter is best(i think).

Thanks all i will look into these soon.

To be honest the one im using now is doing everything i want (networx) its realy good.
