Three (3) sticks of 256MB DDR RAM. One is DDR33, others are DDR400. Various brands, Kingston and Corsair, if memory serves.
For comparison's sake, Newegg has a single stick of 256MB DDR for $20 shipped.

Next, an ECS NFORCE4-A754 motherboard.
Condition is used, ~6 months. Exceptionally stable, performs well. I've had a 7600GS and 8800GTS 320MB hooked up to the PCI-express slot and both worked perfectly, 100% functional in games and Windows. It's never been overclocked, but I know for a fact that the BIOS has integrated overclocking options. The board also registers in Speedfan, and temperatures report accurately. I'll include the board, a SATA cable, and will burn the necessary drivers to CD (if you'd like). Finally, an AMD Athlon 3000+ skt 754 (Venice core, E6 revision).
This is a rare chip, uses the Venice core (most commonly found in 939 CPUs). E6 revision, runs cooler than previous 754 3000+ chips. Overclocks well, from what I've heard. This CPU has been used 6 months with the above motherboard and is in good, working condition.
