Im not quite sold on that mounting system... I understand why they did it but (Asetek obviously) but having small screws that screw in from the top of the retention bracket then screwed in with some even bigger screws to the mounting on the board. It just seems wrong to me. But i understand they cant do a Corsair H150 and have the mounting PUSH the block against the CPU rather than do it the way they did.

Its like when you get a new sim card for your phone and you gotta punch it out of the card before you can put it in.

Maybe im just being obtuse but so long as the mounting pressure is good....

A big thank you for your quality reviews! I would like to know if you plan to review the Cooler Master MA624? I would love to see how it performs against the best coolers (Deepcool Assassin III, Zalman CNPS20X, NH-D15 ...).
 
Why did you mount radiator upside - down ??? Hoses should enter at bottom.
good luck mounting it that way in most front mount chassis, its also bs, as long as the the pump is below the radiator its not an issue. Notice the images the tank on the radiator sits higher than the pump, meaning air collects in that tank. While it can cause problems if the pump is above the radiator in the orientation in the review you can get some noise at the intake line on the radiator it typically doesn't present itself on new units. This is because evaporation over time hasn't had a chance to occur.

I have seen the picture, except maybe for aesthetic reasons, it could be mounted right way.

The tubing is literally not long enough. 40+ AIOs tested on this platform. It will not work the way you want it too. Doing it your way would require making 1 fan useless as the airflow path would be blocked. On top of that on any system with a GPU even a touch longer it also wont work even if your willing to sacrifice performance.

Suffice to say. No it cannot be mounted with the tubing at the bottom and again the current setup doesn't impact performance, and didnt increase noise or anything else.
