This ought to be worth a share, originally came across this in an advertisement/trailer for Mass Effect, wasn't fussed on the track, this version or the original. Then I came across it in this video which is very much relevant to me and infact played a part in the event pictured, changed my mind entirely and love it now.

I felt like these two tracks are the stand-outs that introduce you to the game world pretty well. I just wish there were higher quality renditions of them.

Each level has its own track which means you will almost never hear the same track in the campaign on another level, except for some battle music.

Ooh, also anyone remember this?

My dad would watch this every time he started up the game, I've never seen him skip the intro during the time he played.

Edit: WAIT A MINUTE, Homeworld was made by Relic? Well i'll be damned.

Oh yeah W40K: DoW OST was also damn great because... Jeremy Soule.

I have to mention these, every time I start a botmatch on Nightmare, they make fraging so awesome. My on very first video game that I played no less. Can't forget Unreal and UT99 though. Forgone Destruction FTW.

And some love for the recent things. Like Tekken 7. But I can't insert more than 5 embeds. I think I've never heard a larger clusterfluck of just pure chaos than the large part of Tekken 7 OST.

For me the best is the music from the game Homeworld. It was my 1st PC game that I bought back in 1999, Age of Empires 2 came 5 days later, anything after that was all downhill.
