Here are the real time task manager services that are running right now.

Man I love that arrogance that we get when we know a lot about computers. If I wasn't that way in some way I would be offended on how you responded lol. Nah for real though I will post better specs just haven't gotten around to it. I have the same brand same speed and same voltages on my ram. SuperTalent isn't all that bad for my setup and they are all at 800mhz. I know how to install all my hardware the RIGHT way. Also I know it's not my setup that I have or hardware that I have that's causing the problem. I will agree to your previous comment about how I might have installed some drivers improperly and that's why I decided to reinstall windows cause for the last year I've had this problem and been installing winblows overclocked until now. So I'm correcting the error of my ways in driver and OS install for right now and going to see how that works. Will post my complete specs with CPU and will also post a pic of my system as well. Also I've been neglecting to install all my Gaming device drivers like my mouse and keyboard but it's wasn't set to 125hz because of a driver error is was set there by default and it has 3 option for 125hz, 500hz, and 1000hz. I selected 1000hz when I thought "hey it might be a good idea to install my mouse and keyboard drivers".

Well yes i dislike incomplete threads when we spend time pulling the needed info out of the OP for too long, most of the issues don't get solved on forums just because of this, plus, the more info and details you can post , the faster you can get to a solution. and maybe i didnt slept good that night

i will be back later ...

EDIT: you might rather screenshot services in manager: run> services.msc > OK > window opens

Also cut the screenshots in PAINT and only the window of the cpuz would be nice , plus you forgot the MEMORY tab , SPD is for specification but does not show current clock settings.

Also use this http://www.thesycon.de/deu/latency_check.shtml program "DPC latency" and keep it running when you re-create the stutter problem and see the charts and screenshot them here.

So to be sure --- you now reformated on fresh ? win7x64 ultimate ?

Yes I am running off of a fresh install of Win7 Ultimate 64x. This is what I did though, I used 2 7200rmp WD Hdds and raided them together and used them for my OS, and then used my Raptor for installing games onto. I've read up that I would have faster access speed when playing games and that it might help my problem a little. It does seem to help somewhat but I still see a stutter every now and then. Never during loading times either. Also here are the screens you asked for. In DCP Lat it didn't really seem like it was having much trouble, in STALKER SoC I still notice a little bit of stuttering. DCP I don't think reflects it that well..... Here's a look anyways.

Hi Techreaper, Soc is known to have stuttering here and there, unfortunately it's the way the engine works regarding enemy AI detection. It can be allievated somewhat with faster hardware but similar to Oblivion it is an engine trait. Once you get past that both games are great.

Also a point which is not stressed enough, dual core CPUs. Although yes, the majority of games will still only use the two cores a quad core can alleviate those annoying little stutters you have.

This is simply because background stuff has more CPU available to use and therefore it will go unnoticed during your gaming. I also find that a quad smoothes out and speeds up initial game loading and in game loading. BFBC2 was a prome example of this with my chip, in dual core mode it would stutter for the first ten seconds whilst loading into the game with a quad it loaded in instantly and smoothly. These are only minor things but become noticeable if you are somewhat a perfectionist.

Yeah I've basically figured out after all my testing and tweaking so far that it has to be my Proc or more so my GPUs that need to be replaced.... Oh well I guess the best I can do is get it down to a minimum right now. Hence why I posted my services to get someone to tell me what I need to turn off.

I'm still waiting for someone to tell me what services to turn off..... I would really appreciate it if someone or is anyone can help me.

i was getting lots of stuttering on a few recent games until i upgraded from a e8400@4.4ghz to a I5 2500K.

Have you tried putting everything on the lowest settings in game (including textures) and seeing if you still get stuttering?

Yes I have and I don't get it when I do in most cases, but you made your point and I understand that I have old hardware and that I need to upgrade. Also sense I installed a new Antec 1000w PSU after Christmas I've been able to overclock my proc further and instead of it being 3.8Ghz it's now at 4.2. Going to see later just how far I can push it but I've noticed that it's a little better sense the upgrade/overclock. I'm slowly on my way to building up to a new system but I just don't have the funds to pull it off as fast as I want to. I really don't have too do much lol. Just upgrade Proc, mobo, and RAM and I'm done. I would still like someone to tell me from the pics that I've posted of what I should stop in services.

Ok I take it back I don't need anyone to tell me what services are safe to disable lol. I google searched it and I got my answers. Silly me forgot about the greatest browser in the world lol. Cheers mates I'm done and I have my answers to last me until I get new hardware. Thanks for all ya'lls help and I hope to continue to get as good of help as I did in this thread, Dues-es XD.
