I recently completed building a new PC (specs in profile), and use the MSI GeForce GTX 970 as a GPU. All has been well for the roughly week I have had my PC running for. However, I downloaded Corsair Link to day to use as a monitor, only to see my GPU fan isn't spinning at all, and the temp is a stable 59 degree Celcius. I have no clue whether this is normal (I imagine it isn't), if this is a safe temp, or if I have miswired something.

Also, there are random spikes where the program claims that the fans are spinning at hundreds of RPM for less than a second.
