GTX 1060 strange behaviour

Greetings. =)
I've bought a new VGA recently - it's the Palit GeForce GTX 1060 JetStream 6 gb. I've bougth it to enjoy newly released Mass Effect Andromeda in full, but the thing is - the game gets graphic artifacts and crashes, ALWAYS doing so in a sertain location of the game. MEA works just fine otherwise, and Battlefield 1 (to compare) crashes right after launch. The crash message is about "DX_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED" every time ("DX11Render::try Map failed with DX_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED" in MEA's case).
To deal with the problem I have already tried obvious things like reinstalling video drivers, reinstalling whole system (installing another system even, from Windows 7 to Windows 10), tweaking VGA's GPU Clock and VDDC, and nothing worked: games' crashes and errors are always one and the same. More to that, I've tried this videocard with different power unit, motherboard and processor, so it's safe to assume that the problem is in VGA itself.
I've also conducted several GPU stress-tests using FurMark (more than 10 min straight session), 3DMark 2016 (about 20 different sessions) and Unigine Heaven - not a single hiccup in VGA's work. That's why I'm most sure guarantee service won't do anyting about the videocard, which is frustrating.
Anyway, I somehow get the feeling that the problem lies in VGA's bios, but, unfortunately, TechPowerUp site doesn't have bios for Palit GeForce GTX 1060 JetStream 6 gb (and Super JetStream bios doesn't install). =(

Or maybe I'm entirely wrong and it's something else... Can you help, please?

My primary system specs:
power unit - FSP ATX-600 PNR 600 W
motherboard - ASUS PRIME B250-PRO
RAM - Kingston 2x8 gb DDR4 2133 MHz
CPU - Intel Core i7-7700

And VGA's specs from GPU-Z:

Try underclocking the GPU, to see if the problem goes away. If yes, then RMA the card. If no, try it in another computer

If it doesn't work in a different pc, RMA since you already tried dropping clocks and raising voltage.

If it's not working as it should, RMA!
Don't mess around flashing your new card's BIOS!!

Thanks for the replies.)
The problem is... our reseller is pretty strickt about conditions on RMA.( They said they will test the card with FurMark and 3DMark - and nothing else (like the games that actually aren't working with my VGA). So I have no way of proving my card is malfunctioning, since it passes FurMark and 3DMark with ease.(

Do not attempt to flash the Bios you will probably VOID your Warranty
follow the advice above and repeated here

START THE RMA Procedure with your Supplier/reseller

RMA immediately mate

If the reseller won't take it back, deal with Palit directly for an RMA.

You flash the bios you will lose your warranty, DO NOT DO IT!

Test the card using 3dmark/furmark, if you can get the results, do what wizzard said, or try in another machine.

On another note contact the gpu manufacturer for assistance, not the vendor, also don't use that vendor if they give you the run around.

I remember people that said they weren't happy with an appliance and the sellers tried saying well you need a technician to come out and fix it. I told the customer be persistent and adamant and that the sellers are required to take the appliance back and money refunded in the first 30 days. The reason places give the run around is because they lose commission.

Already tried all that.) Every time the same results: tests show nothing, games crash.

Well, Russian resellers are quite conniving. :) The VGA doesn't have manufacturer's guarantee, so... But we've contacted Palit, and they advised to try earlier version of the video driver - that's it.)
I guess there's a good lesson in all that: never buy hardware light-heartadly and always check for the ways it could turn out horribly wrong. Just kidding. =)
Anyways, thanks for trying to help - I appreciate it, really. :toast:

Qubit has had nothing but trouble from palit.

Tell palit that drivers arent working and card fails in another machine the same way. Run occt on it

You can either do what wizard recommended, or you can go into the Nvidia control panel (right click on desktop select nvidia control panel), at the top of the window for control panel there is a option "help", under that option there is a setting called "debug mode". If you enable that it will remove any factory overclock applied by the AIB,and set it to what Nvidia reference 1060 VGAs should be set to.this will not void your warranty

As long as you have a driver from the release of 355.82 Onward the option will be present, keep in mind it only works if there's a factory overclock for your vga

If only happens with one game at a certain point then the issue is the game , check if there is a patch available or may have to wait for one
But Mass Effect Andromeda "newly released"- with a quick google search does seem to have allot of issues/crashes

Just recently had to go back to build 1511 in Win 10 because 1607 was giving me random black screens , also I was getting BSOD in 2 games before that and now I don't. So my point it is , since this happens in just 1-2 games , do not rule out the possibility yet that it is in fact just a software issue.

Having said that , artifacting IS a big warning sign , how dose it look like exactly , can you post a screenshot ?

This sounds really fishy to me. No wonder it doesn't come with a manufacturers warranty.

Or just buy your stuff from well known places.

Really sounds like a driver conflict. Was there a previous video card in the system?
