I want to know if a evga gtx 550 ti will work on an asus ipilp-lc motherboard if somone have that configuration or knows the answer please tell me.

I wouldn't post if I wasn't sure. Your motherboard has a PCI-E x16, which is what that video card uses. Does your power supply meet the requirements of the video card?

You have nothing to worry about, video cards doesn't really need "to be supported" by motherboard. As long as it's PCI-E slot and your PSU can handle it, you will be fine.
 
the problem is that the 5 series of the ati cards doesn't works on my motherboard
