Help finding original BIOS for Manli RTX 3060 12GB LHR (M-NRTX3060/6RFHPPPV2-M2521)

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for the original verified BIOS (UEFI/GOP supported) for a Manli GeForce RTX 3060 12GB LHR graphics card.

Card details:

• Brand: Manli
• Model: M-NRTX3060/6RFHPPPV2-M2521
• GPU: GA106-300 (RTX 3060 LHR)
• Memory: 12GB GDDR6
• BIOS type needed: UEFI with GOP support
• Serial Number: N63030600M25210C4200225
• Barcode: 4895246100913

Issue:
The GPU turns on — fans spin normally — but there’s no video output (no signal on any port). A technician suspects BIOS corruption or a bad flash. Before going for reballing or chip-level repair, I’d like to try reprogramming the BIOS with the correct file.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find this specific BIOS version in the TechPowerUp VGA BIOS collection.

If anyone has a verified BIOS file (UEFI/GOP enabled) for this exact model or a compatible Manli RTX 3060 12GB LHR version, I’d really appreciate the help.

Being unverified does not mean there is something wrong with them.
