Hi,
Even i didnt really understand what I had put after re-reading it, lol! Anyway, we got the board a couple of months ago and about about a month ago we got the q6600. Then after about a week we started getting problems. Since I last posted I believe I have found the solution to the problem. I went through all the CPU settings in the bios except for the CPU voltage and set them manually, nothing auto, I also disabled all the fancy CPU features like thermal control and speedstep so the bios doesnt play around with the voltage/fsb/multiplier. Since then everything has been fine, we have turned it on and off countless times more than normal to try and catch it out and so far nothing, it has been about 4-5 days since the last error. So as far as I can tell, the XFX bios for this mobo (P05) does not fully support the G0 version of the q6600, but this can be worked around (so far so good), by setting bios options manually and disabling CPU bios features. Let me know whether you think this sounds reasonable, I will let you know what XFX write back with, hope it helps other people out there with same problem.
Thanks again for all your help!
