problem i am having is just tedious , i accidently bumped some asian font or text cription and now everything i type its screwed up when i space , it places "." in place of spaces and got some weird lookign characters along with english letters how do i get rid of all this , i even uninstalled microsoft office and reinstalled it was still there ????

Uninstall it, hunt down any folder pretaining to Office and destroy them. Go into regedit, and delete any registry keys that pretain to Office. Then re-install after a re-boot. I'm sure there is a simpler way, but I can't think of it right now :) .

Go to c:\winodws\Fonts and delete the asian font file!!
That should do it
