If a RTX 3090 does 8K = 7680x4320 at 60fps - would It then do 7680x1440 at 180fps?

I'm still waiting to see the very first Unigine Superposition 1080p Extreme result. Please upload to website if you have this card.

Well found out that the 6900XT will do 7680x1440 in Division 2 with high settings at 60fps so should perhaps have taken the chance with the 3090.
