Well for me I rarely upgrade that often. My history for my personal computer has been
Nvidia mx400 -- Ati Radeon x1650 -- Nvidia geforce 7300 -- Ati Radeon HD3870. I think the shortest amount of time of a video card I owned was x1650 to 7300. I think im either gonna upgrade to a 4890 when the rv870's come out, or if the price is right I might get an rv870 for some dx11.
