How to make throttlestop start when laptop starts up, Windows 11

I am trying to get throttle stop to start when the laptop turns on.

I have tried task Scheduler, then create basic task, give it a name, then hit "next", then I put "when the computer starts", "start program", I link the "ini" file, and hit "finish".

I am doing like the YouTube video says but its on windows 10, I have windows 11.

Throttlestop still doesnt start up when laptop turns on.

This method works in Windows 10. I have not tested this in Windows 11.

Best to use the Run only when user is logged on option.

I link the "ini" file

There is no need to do that. Just tell the Task Scheduler where ThrottleStop.exe is and ThrottleStop will find the ThrottleStop.INI file sitting in the same folder.
