I undervolted CPU to -91 mv and when i went into a game it went blue screen, i restarted and now when i open Throttlestop it goes bluescreen again because i saved the settings, shouldn't have saved it i guess. Can i open it in off mode or do i need to delete it and reinstall it?

You mean safe mode ? Yes you can boot in safe mode and delete config file , should do the trick

I meant ThrottleStop's off mode to change voltage settings without getting bluescreen, doesen't matter anymore. Didn't think about deleting the config file, deleted it now its all good, thanks for help

The first two options in the FIVR window are useful when testing out new voltages. You can run a benchmark or play a game and if your computer crashes, the unstable voltages will not be saved anywhere. Reboot and start again.

Most YouTube guides recommend the last option, Save voltages immediately, which of course is stupid. Before saving any voltage setting for long term use, you need to do lots of testing. The built in TS Bench is a good first test. Many recent games are more demanding than some traditional stress tests. It is always a good idea to run a variety of tests before saving any undervolt.
