This are the vrams i suppose and some look like the ones on the picture you share. Are these being sold individually if there is a hope of repairing this?
Yeah. That's all mining cards basically. Memory cannot be easily replaced, you need a BGA rework station to reinstall these, and a professional is going to charge more than the card is worth for the repair.
Nike's advice is sound. Lower GPU core and memory clocks, see if crashing stops. It's a mitigation, not a fix, and it's very likely it will worsen over time.
You should already begin looking at a replacement, avoid mining cards if it can be helped. Good luck.
A little late edit: Oof. It could have stopped any time, better now than when you were using it. Had an R9 290X die on me in the middle of a gaming session. Not fun.
