definitely some burnout, although doesnt look that bad.
Gotta lower the vram clocks and see if it helps ("Memory clock" in Msi afterburner, slide the adjuster all the way to the left, then click "apply" and try to play a game)
Unfortunately it doesn't turn on anymore, i am not sure if it is dead or what. The LED light on the power connector still light

Which mean when i bought this thing it was almost dead.... This is sad because i used almos 110$ for it. What a waste of my hard earned money

This are the vrams i suppose and some look like the ones on the picture you share. Are these being sold individually if there is a hope of repairing this?

Yeah. That's all mining cards basically. Memory cannot be easily replaced, you need a BGA rework station to reinstall these, and a professional is going to charge more than the card is worth for the repair.

Nike's advice is sound. Lower GPU core and memory clocks, see if crashing stops. It's a mitigation, not a fix, and it's very likely it will worsen over time.

You should already begin looking at a replacement, avoid mining cards if it can be helped. Good luck.

A little late edit: Oof. It could have stopped any time, better now than when you were using it. Had an R9 290X die on me in the middle of a gaming session. Not fun.
