I need a free burning program.

Nero is just not cutting it any more . Every time I need to burn a DVD or CD I have to use a new one WTF ???? I go through them with out even using the whole disk . There was a time Nero would just burn files to your DVD / CD and compile it all till the disk was full but not any more ! I do not have any money at all ! any one have a FREE ( REALLY FREE ) program that will do this ? I just can't find nothing at all . Please some one PLEASE help me . This is taking all my disks and I hate it .

With nero have you checked to see if "Allowed files to be added later" is checked. If it isn't then nero is going to close the disk out everytime you burn.

I have some lite version of nero . I looked all over for this and it is not there . I mean I like nero and all and have used it for years but for some reason this new version just sucks and will not compile disks at all . I will check the one you link to me out . Thank you .

I am not sure got it with the DVD/CD rom burner I bought at wallmart . Just some carpy version I would guess .

Usually the Liteon retail boxes come with an Essential copy. Here at work I have one system with 7 and another with 8. I haven't played around with 9 much but I do not 7 and 8 Essential have the option to allow files to be burned later.

ImgBurn. Way better than Nero, way better than anything out there.

But you can't make Music CDs easily.

When you start your burn, select advanced options to choose burn speed, etc. took me forever to find that option.

YEAH !!!! CDburnerXP Is the ONE !! It worked GREAT !! I just popped in a DVD I had stuff one it burned all the new stuff I had to it without a problem at all and it did it at 16X NOT 12x that Nero was doing ! Good by Nero HELLO CDburnerXP !!!
Thank you all so very much ! This was the one Christmas present I was looking for and now I GOT IT ! ( We it is the only present I will get this year ! ) .

There is a paid version too, that will probably have more features or so.
