plz help me..
yesterday while downloading something, i opened some file and after that all these bad things are happening.
within 15-30 min of starting my pc, it's getting shut off automatically (no bluescreen) like battery removed..
bitdefender is asking to connect for antivir9.exe igkcomka.exe etc and while running quick system scan it's detecting many infected filoes, but before it can repair these my laptop shut down..
Update:
I tried to install malwarebytes but I can't, following MSG when I open installation file.
shellexecuteex failed,code 5
Access is denied
bitdefender is detecting this file as trojen but unable to delete/quarantine..

i think this happens only if my laptop is connected to internet..otherwise it isnt shutting down..not sure though..but tried to keep internet off and no shut down even after 30min..
