Hey @unclewebb new laptop has an Intel 1334U, I know some/most/all the mainstream Intel laptop CPUs are more limited, and get screenshots when I'm off work to see what's what, but might there be a bit a love you can suggest? Thanks!

You cannot overclock or change the voltage of a Core i5-1334U. You might be able to increase the turbo power limits.

Post some screenshots including the TPL and FIVR windows so I can see your settings. Check the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window.

My desktop CPU likes lots of power. :D

The top middle of the FIVR window shows that CPU voltage control is Not Available. This is what I expected it to say. For the 12th Gen and newer CPUs, only the unlocked HX or K series allow undervolting.

In the TPL window you can check the MMIO Lock box to get rid of the lower (28W / 30W) MMIO power limits. There is probably not much else you can do.
