Intel i710700F PL1 and EDP other errors, as well as wanting to undervolt/overclock if possible?

Firstly I want to mention I am using an msi software to undervolt my gpu and control my fans and I have heard that it can interfere with throttle stop so I was wondering if there are any work arounds. Now recently I was interested in changing some settings within throttlestop for some better performance, I have read and watched some videos about what settings other people have changed but I still haven't changed mine. I've seen that people can get up to a 30% gain when increasing the power and setting and offset, so far I think all I need to change are the cpu core and cache offsets and the pl1/pl2 voltages. Here my settings I have right now.

After running ThrottleStop with core isolation memory integrity enabled or anything else VBS related, it would be a good idea to delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file. Set PL1 and PL2 to 224 or more and you will not have any power limit throttling issues. Setting both to the max, 4095, also works well.

You do not have any thermal issues so no need to undervolt. If you want to save the planet some energy, you can try setting the core and the cache to a negative offset of -50 mV.

done. thanks alot for the help and reply, is there anything else you would rec to experiment/try with for some more cpu perf?

some more cpu perf
The 10700 is not an unlocked K series CPU. As long as it is not power limit throttling, there is nothing else you can do to make it go faster.

Turn on the ThrottleStop Log File option on the main screen and go play a game or do something intensive for about 15 minutes. When done testing, exit ThrottleStop so it can finalize the log file. The log file will be in the ThrottleStop / Logs folder. Attach a log if you would like me to have a look at how your computer is performing.

this article here claims that they got a 30% increase when optimizing the i710700
Most manufacturers set MSR PL1 to 65W which is equal to the Intel rated TDP. Increasing the turbo power limits will boost full load performance. You have already done that. There is no more additional performance to be had. The log file shows a steady 46.00 multiplier. That is the max speed for a 10700 when playing most games. There is no throttling being reported in the log file so that is as good as it gets.
