Hi

I am new to modify or read gpu bios values but I need to set the max gpu voltage in the gpu bios so whenever a new driver installed or computer/windows changed the value remains , how I can do that ?

I have a good feeling about this !

better advice you get

I have gigaybyte rx 6800xt gaming oc I wanted to undervolt the gpu. What are the instructions to do this ?

Just use the driver software in gpu performance tab. Select tuning. Then you set desired settings. Then have the app start up with windows and apply the settings.

Yes, occasionally you may have to re-set the settings, but usually only after a driver update, or the driver crashes.

If you cannot do this, then you shouldn't be modifying a bios. Imo.

Another person will have the card. He will not be able to do that in the driver and without doing this the temp goes 110c, fan too loud and throttle problem

It's a hot GPU even with an under-volt.

Is there a way to get better case flow? Maybe some upgrade fans or reposition them?

The case has good airflow with 6 fans

Teach your friend how to tune this. It's pretty easy. Otherwise, I have no more suggestions at this time.

It’s better to not mess with bios modifications and reflash procedures nowadays with modern cards.

Nothing like the old floppy drive on dos where you could do the reflash even with no display on in case of anything wrong.

it’s literally a few clicks within Adrenalin and you can save profile(s) with different settings. Each for any circumstance for example.

just repaste the card and let him use it stock.
undervolting does not affect the hotspot that much. maybe it ends up in the low 100s instead of 110°C. almost all except of really high end coolers can do that since the Die is not flat in the center.

Agree with all others do not mess with ANY bios if you have no experience in doing it
It looks easy but small mistakes can lead to absolute failure and possible brick your hardware.
Yes i have bricked a few times some of my hardware and to be honest i hardly see any reason todo that anymore either unless your a hardcore overclocker :D
But even they hardly ever use it anymore as the super tools from this era makes fixing it as easy as eating pie ;)
Make a profile and save that so in case you get any change you load the profile and poof all is back at what you made it do.
These cards are really able to handle the heat and just throttle a bit when they become too warm to its taste.
I got a "ASUS TUF RX 6800 XT GAMING OC" myself and cranked the speed a bit down even though it does not even hit 110 C.
Now having 6 fans does not mean that your airflow is good, in fact it could be a mess as you need to use any smoke to see if you flow is good, most people put in tons of fans and have a total blocked airflow i use the little stick with the smell
I admit i forgot the name of them but have a huge pile of them, with that i test how my airflow is in my case
So assuming that (232 billion) fans make it cooler is absolute a fail thought :D

So to be honest i see no result in performance at all with the profile setting i did in Adrenalin in any of the games and it stays very cold for this kinda card now.
I run most of my games with max settings (aka 4K) with my dual 4K monitors except when there is a insane amount of glowing bs happening in the games i play :)
It runs so good that i really do not find the need for the XFX 7900 cards at all

you can use something like Afterburner, doesnt need bios mod and is driver independend.
you can set a profile, set as default, and load at win boot.

ignoring that if someone cant use the gpu panel, to change stuff (after update), your probably better off using
something like TeamViewer for remote help/access.
much easier and way faster than explaining stuff to ppl.

edit: make sure to not use/disable hw monitoring, at lest not for anything "power"..
