By "there", I'm assuming you're referring to the TPU website.
No, TPU does not have a dark mode.
But you can use an extension like Dark Reader with good results.

I have been using add-ons to activate dark mode on sites don't support it, but some content doesn't display properly.
I would like to recommend this option to exist on TPU at least for registered users, something similar to "night mode" button on user settings of reddit for example.
