This could be embarrassing if I have just not picked it up, but is there a dedicated CPU section on these forums, as for the life of me I can not find it, which would seem a tad odd on the face of it.

I was always under the impression when you want to talk about CPU's you just post under General Hardware.

Any other opinions whether we should create a separate forum for that?

Maybe just rename it to it "General Hardware and CPU's" I don't know lol

I am not sure how useful multiplying subforums is. From what I have seen, despite having dedicated NVidia and AMD GPU forums most people just pile in threads into the overall Graphics Cards forum, lol.

On some other forums they will have dedicated threads/sections to detail all the new info and leaks that people have managed to find for upcoming CPU's, so one perhaps gets excited or not for what will soon be available.

i also think general hardware is enough for that plus the clubs forum like
or
didn't search if there was any other of the like but yeah, i am fine with that

also @Colonel Sanders your forum name and avatar made me hungry for some KFC ... too bad the closest one is too far for me
:lovetpu:

Username doesn't checkout because it sounds like user wants a place leak and/or acquire the secret CPU sauce. The real Colonel Sanders would appreciate and respect the need for secrecy.

I actually just noticed that sub forums exist for Nvidia and AMD. How long has that been there??

Most RAM issues are determined by make of...
Most OC conversations revolve around...
Roughly half of purchase/help questions...

Anyone who opens the forum to post a thread is going to arrive at the most likely area as easily as you avoided every opening the GPU subforum to discover the existence of two child.

This strikes me as a solution looking for a problem to answer a reasonable, but rarely asked, question.
