Kingwin RMA process

Has anyone else worked with Kingwin on an RMA? My power supply that is alittle over a year old from them failed on me a few weeks ago and I sent it in for RMA last week. FedEx Delivered it and they are still "Processing" it. Are they just slow as hell? :banghead:

next time buy from a reputable manufacturer
tbh if it was me I would't even want it fixxed id just replace it with a quality unit as the replacement is probably gonna blow up as well
