KOORUI to Launch the World's First Monitor With a 750Hz Refresh Rate at CES 2025

Funny that I used to joke about 1kHz monitors not that long ago, now it looks like we're getting there pretty soon. Reminds me of the gigahertz race ~25 years ago, who can hit the magical 1000 faster..

I remember the days when 60Hz was all you need.
Now if you excuse me I need to go clean my dentures.
There were no such days, unless you are talking about like 1988. : D

And even then, those were CRTs, so that 60 Hz felt totally different (much-much better, since the input lag was effectively zero), than on an LCD.

Wye:

Just. Let. TN. Die.
Have you ever actually seen an E-TN (which has better colors than some entry level IPS panels btw) or other newer implementations?

I highly doubt it. There can be HUGE differences between TN and TN. It's not 2008 anymore. And even if it were, you are not forced to buy it.

No idea, but a bigger number is always better :D

I'm totally fine with 4K120 and absolutely no need for MOAR hertzes.

Nah. All he (she?) said with that sentence that he's (she's?) not a competitive player.

A clear difference can be seen and felt between 240 and 500 Hz.

No BFI? 375Hz (750Hz + black frames) would be nearly blur-free and would make tracking targets a dream.
Oh well
all we got is the ROG and Zowie and thats pretty fast

yeah im getting one. love TN. i just hope DP 1.4a can do it and i wont need a new gpu :/
