lan box is a no go.mobo blew up

my 8200 xfx blew up..
my orb coolers fin got smashed up together and it blew up playing crysis


the back panel led wont post up and i smelt burning when it crashed.. i pressed the buttons for clear cmos.. so im rmaing it on monday or hope to do so.





well thats my story.. seemed nice BUT i dont get this hybrid/... its suppsoed to give you a boost.. but i guess i dont know how to enable it since i didnt feel any "boost"

hahaha! not literally blew up but it crashed and i stuck myy nose near the vent holes and i smelled burnt plastics.. anyway im returning these... i think imma rebuy the xfx 8200 because i feel like i didnt get to use the full power of it..

well... should i? or should i got for the 3x phenoms? :D Always asking questions here.. community is ever so helpful and thanks for helping !:rockout:

it sure is ozz.. i think it damaged the cpu.. i will test the cpu out later D:

That would really suck if it did. As for the X3 chips, I think it would really depend what you would be doing with it. If you're stuck with an AM2/+ board I'm willing to bet that you MIGHT be better off getting a 6000+ or a 6400BE

8200 xfx is a new release mobo that gives hybird .. boosts your preformance.


maybe i can wait for the 780gx?

i have a board in my FS thread that is an insane overclocker and has support for crossfire and it's MATX. it's an intel board though.
