Benchmark Scores bench...mark? i do leave mark on bench sometime, to remember which one is the most comfortable. :o
how bad was your Razer experience? I am considering purchasing Razer devices for myself, and I know the distributor of Razer to the point that I can pressurise the staff into good service.
well ... judging how you regard Logitech .... my experience with Razer was ... ten time worse (well if ten time by zero make zero ... let's say you have "one" point so it make "ten" for me ) double click syndrome, laser sensor momentum bug, SH*TTY build quality (coating that wear off in matter of months if not weeks ) and overprice to go with...

oh god you know the distributor of razer to the point you can pressurize the staff into good service? (tho that make you even more bad... Pressurizing is never a solution ;) ) well ... a good service on a bad product doesn't make it a good product ...
example my friend work at my fav retailer place ... well he insisted to RMA my Naga each time i had an issue during the warranty time, instead of recommending another brand,... SIX (6) time during a period of 11 months ... i don't know if they repaired it, provided me with a new or with a refurbished one, but it failed each time it was back and after a short period of normal use.

Logitech on the other hand .... G15/G19/Z-333/X-530/G9/G9X/G500/G600/G602 none of them had a single issue, remarkably i still keep my G15 (1st serie) as backup keyboard

I personally wouldn't mind purchasing products from a manufacturer who A: Has bad QC but very decent after sales service network B: Absolute best QC with terrible after sales service network. Logitech combines the worst of the two conditions.
My hatred for Logitech isn't blind but well justified, I have lost a hell lot of money, time and energy getting service for many of their products that I had purchased for myself or sold with PC builds for clients.

I don't know whether to laugh at you or compliment you for apparently continuing to pour your cash into a product line you hate, unless it's for some perverse reason like you want to have a reason to hate them more.

I'd say most people's experiences are quite opposite from yours, therefore yours is an abnormality

Funny Logitech for me has been up their with the best of services, and they do tend to give a better warranty with their stuff as well. And before you say you will need it every Razer product i have owned has failed at least once in it's 1st year, i do own a G700s even though i am left handed ( did a soft mod to make it right for me :p ) and has already out lasted 3 of 6 razer products i have owned, o yeah once that warranty is out they will out right ignore you too unlike Steelseries and ROCCAT i have had support and even new items from even after the warranty has ran out due to the product failing within it's warranty time.

Anyways i have never had a issue with their support when needed and actually saved me money by not requiring a return on the failed product.

If it smells like bullshit it normally is just that.

EDIT:

Yeah the G700s is a monster lol, as much as i have enjoyed using it i like my SS Sensei wireless when it comes to playing 1st person shooters and yes i have them both plugged in at the same time and software between them i have had no issue's..

The DPI buttons are a real issue on the G502 if you have large hands or Palm grip I found myself almost clicking them trying to use the finger wide right mouse button.
From my research I've found that either a Zowie or the Steelseries Rival 300 seem to be the go to mouse for big hands/palm grip so I'm going to give the Rival a shot since im not a fan of the Zowie's Deathadder like shape.

I would disagree its noticeably shallower and narrower than my G7 which is the same as the mx500 mx518 etc.

I have yet to find a Razer mouse that has a functional middle click, my Naga hex is incompatible with speakers that produce any vibration.
And I'm talking about the G5/g500 which this is more of an implemental upgrade to. In terms of raw base size they are almost the same with the G502 being edgier giving it the appearance that it's much slimmer when it isn't.
[/IMG]

Although the G7 is basically nothing more than a wireless G5, and the G500 is pretty much the same as the G5/G7. If anything is smaller on the G502 it would be the curve on the top of the mouse rather than the width or else my hand wouldn't be comfortable using this mouse after using a G700 for 3 years.

Edit: Being the curious person I am, I dug out the micrometer. So judging by the picture we'd say that the G700 is much bigger, right? The top is almost identical when comparing a straight line across from where the thumb rests over the left buttons to the other side of the mouse. A millimeter or so difference. The front of the G700 is only 3mm wider.

I'm looking at the pic you have, and I see my G500 on the left and it clearly looks bigger, and is perfectly sized for my hand.

I had Mx518(only one that has been working to this date), G9,G9x, G500, G700, Cordless MX Duo, Mx3200, MX5500, couple of Harmony remotes, G15(2007 version)(only keyboard is working perfectly to this day), G13, Cordless rumblepad, G35, and K350 and other than that Mx518 and G15 every single of these logitech products failed within 6-7 months of purchase and on average spent 2 months to get them replaced. These were the products I personally owned, the list for the once I sold with PC builds is much larger. For mice it was the standard double clicking issue, and for keyboards and remotes keys stopped working altogether. The worst part was their service staff which was arrogant and lazy . Judging by your Razer experience , I think I might go for Steelseries of Roccat or Corsair for my next gaming keyboard and mouse combo.

well i am all Roccat as you can see in my Sys Specs (inclusive mousepad) so far so good (just like with logitech for me  ) it's my new reference for mouse KB and mousepad ... they are cheaper than Razer and i had no quality related issue so far (nor other issues ) the Ryos TKL Pro feel sturdy comfy on typing or gaming and was priced really good for a mech board, my Nyth is the most awesome mouse i ever had and did cost me way less than a Naga, and the mousepad, a Roccat Alumic, unlike a Razer Destructor who "self destructed" itself or a Razer Vespula who cost quite a bit more and offer the same setup .... it's still in one piece, and smooth as new.

the only Razer thing i keep and am satisfied with it is a mouse bungee, it's way too simple, so even Razer can do it correctly except the price, but i got 50% on it from my retailer, because he didn't had a Roccat Apuri in stock instead :)

I have tried my friends Roccat Tyon last week, it has the classic logitech shape that loved(the reason why I purchased so many logitech mice) and really liked the button placement. Seems like Roccat will be my first choice for my next peripheral upgrade cycle in next few days.

Why Logitech... why did you ditch the ergonomic design of the MX518, G5 and G500(s)...?

This is my problem with the company. They were my go to for years and years until they give me no option. I don't want to use a mouse that looks like it is going to transform at any given moment.

My current mouse is a Mionix Castor. I'm pretty happy with it so far, but it is a bit too light. I miss being able to weigh my mouse down.
