Let hope Logitech has improved quality of the switches, my G500 had double click issue within 15 days of buying and using. And I dont even use if for gaming.

The double click problem is typically a capacitor having an issue However, there is one fix to discharge that capacitor and resolve the issue Here's how to do this: Unplug the mouse and/or remove batteries Let it sit for a minute without a power source Click the button rapidly and for about 30 secs. Wait another 30 secs. then insert batteries or plug mouse back into USB Now please verify the problem is resolved.

well for those who like the G602 shape (and i only know, one of my friend who hate that shape ... but he is also the only one who didn't tried it ), with the click/tilt wheel mode, it could be really tempting, tho i wouldn't even need dpi above 2500 or want my mouse to be wired or less than 6 buttons under my thumb (unless the "slowdown aim" button can be freely configured but that still would make 2 time less button)... well in the end no need

(and i do find the G602 shape more comfortable than a MX510,518,500,500s,400 )

I thought it's because G500 using Omron D2FC-F-7N as microswitches? I love the feel of it but they don't last long.

isn't Omron d2fc-f7n one of the best and last for 5million clicks at least? There is also 10million ones too... Its way better than any huano or ttc switches....

as far as I know, no. D2FC-F7N is chinese made and not very durable (all of my mouse have them and always have double click problem under one year). The D2F-T is japan made and more durable, but I don't like the clicking feel.
I think most of gaming mouse of decent brand are using Omron for their left/right click anyway. Deathadder is using TTC for its sidebuttons, but I love those sidebutton and they never fail on me.

oh wow, after almost 3 years my long serving mice G9x is starting to go into the grave, (right click is starting being non responsive or/and breaking the click signal) personally it is the best low profile claw like (by that I mean it hasn't got round shape it is almost flat) mouse I've ever had for hardcore FPS gaming, great product and awesome experience, unfortunately I can't see that G9x has been discontinued and I can't get a new one in any online shop, which would be my first unquestionable choice. But this is looking very good.
