I recently bought a GTX 460 1GB and been trying to find an stable overclock.
I overclocked the card to 860mhz core from 725mhz and the memory from 1800mhz to 2200mhz.
benchmarked with MSI Kombuster for more than 1 hour without any issue or crashes.
also played Metro 2033 on very high DX11 at 1600*1200 res, AAA, 4x AF with DoF enabled for half an hour and didnt notice any issues.
the performance is good, but sometimes i get micro stuttering during the game.
i want to know if anyone noticed or experienced micro stuttering issues????
my memory bandwidth moved from 115 Gb/s to 140 Gb/s now.
right now its faster than 5850 and 470 in terms of memory bandwidth.
so it cant be due to memory or lack of. right?
edit: right now i have 2GB of system memory. i used to have 3GB but i had issues with one memory so i took it off.
