If you test the motherboard WITHOUT the RAM and there is no beep you have 3 options.

1. Take it to a local computer shop to search for the problem.
2. Search for the problem yourself more (prob. not going to want to do this)
3. RMA the motherboard or buy a new one.

First off how old is your motherboard? You might be able to RMA it if it is still under warranty and only have to pay shipping there.
If it isnt then maybe you want to get a new one. Motherboards arent too expensive...The only pain in the butt is taking everything out and putting the new mobo in.

Though you've been given excellent troubleshooting advice here on this forum, your problem with this particular motherboard is the fact that the video output no longer exists. I had the exact same problem with the same model of motherboard and after contacting Gigabyte, it was determined that the video output had died.

As mentioned in a previous post, you can attempt to get an RMA number from Gigabyte if your motherboard is still under warranty, determined by the first four digits in the serial number. The first two digits are the year and the second two digits specify the week of the year that the motherboard was made (example: 0326 would mean the 26th week of 2003).

You can also have Gigabyte attempt to repair the board at your own cost if it is out of warranty. Unfortunately, I had to purchase another motherboard, as mine was out of warranty by a couple of months and I needed a replacement immediately.

Good luck to you...
