Hi.

I just build up my new PC i bought everything new except for the GPU. When i finish build it i tried to turn on the PC but the GPU doesn't giving signal to the monitor no image at all but the fans are spinning. i have used HDMI and DP to check if the connector has problem but it doesn't makes any different then i tought the BIOS need to be update because doesn't recognize the cpu and then i borrowed my friend's CPU that has graphic in it, the RYZEN 3 2200G exactly. I used his cpu to update the BIOS and install windows then the GPU recognize by OS but with error' code 43 then i flash the VBIOS, the process work fine then i installed the driver everything good. Then i replaced the cpu with mine which is RYZEN 5 3500, then turn on the PC and go to BIOS to setting the graphic for using external graphic and it auto select the external graphic card if i don't use cpu with graphic card in it. The PC run well for few days and then last morning the PC doesn't give signal to the monitor but the system run well even goes to windows because i can heard the login sound but nothing image from the GPU i have tried HDMI and DP also but nothing happen.

Please anyone can help me?

Make sure you're using VESA-certified DisplayPort cable and not a cheap one.

Update the motherboard BIOS to the latest version. Try another PCIe slot, and try forcing PCIe to gen 2 or 3.

Restore the graphics card's original BIOS. See this thread for instructions. Ensure the BIOS is UEFI-supported.

Remove the graphics card and carefully remove the heatsink and clean the fans with a toothbrush.

Clean the graphic cards with isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs. Especially the GPU area and PCIe pins.

When you're done, reapply thermal paste on the GPU, remount the heatsink, plug it back in.

If the graphics card still doesn't work, check if it's under warranty, if it is, just RMA it.

Okay i'll try, hopefuly it work

It's work clean the GPU with isopropyl alcohol, but when i restart my PC the problem back the signal doesn't come up again then i turn off my PC with pressing alt+F4 then leave it for a while around 90 minutes or more then turn it on again and now it's working. I didn't try to restart my PC again ceause i don't want to wait to turn it on again maybe i should keep turning on my pc. :(

Did you change display cables and try different outputs? Try another monitor/TV.

This can be a bad graphics card OR bad PCI express slot.

Try the graphics card in another PC and monitor, if you still get no signal then it needs to be repaired/replaced. Or try another PCIe graphics card in your PC.

You can also try to enable remote desktop on your PC to check if the card is detected by the device manager when the monitor doesn't work.

i have tried on another motherboard with the same brand and the same chipset which is Asrock A320 and the result still the same but i was ask to the seller he said it was fine on MSI B450. IDK maybe i should try on different brand

i realize my RX 570 sometimes get detected by my computer and sometimes doesn't when i tried using another CPU that has integrated graphic in it.
