Yesterday I was watching videos on my computer and my whole computer shutdown, this morning i tried a different CPU and it works. Any ideas ?

Rare thing to happen but possible that cpu just died. Few things to do:
1. take a look at motherboard at capacitors if all are fine, is there no leakage from any of them, etc.
2. Clear cmos and put your suspected cpu back into socket
3. If you will be able to get into bios then downclock cpu as low as you can and see if it works.

OP SAID................

CPU NOT MOTHERBOAD. :banghead::banghead::banghead:
But didn't specify the cpu so it could have been less demanding cpu which would run properly so we both are same kinda right and wrong in here ;-)

Probably that R7 2700 on his system specs?

yes It's a ryzen 2700, right now i am using a 3200g as re replacement, i used the 2700 for about 2 weeks before

Yes i tried to reseat it

Personally. I think that power supply sucks ass - Regardless of whether its the problem or not. Id throw it out and either pay for a higher grade corsair unit (avoid the VS, CS, CS-M, CX, CX-M range...) like a HX or TX or go for a EVGA or a Seasonic unit - Even EVGA Bronze units from the GQ line up are made by FSP so they are pretty good. Even though Corsair use the same OEM to make their higher end units. I dont trust their low/mid range units at all.

If you have friends, relatives ( with am4 Motherboard with updated bios for 2700 Cpu test it) or local pc shops bring that 2700 to them and test. Hopefully they has.

Please let us know.

Thanks

There is a local shop where they might be able to test it, but rn they are very busy since the end of windows 7

No, it doesn't. http://www.jonnyguru.com/blog/2016/06/13/corsair-vengeance-650m-power-supply/

I'd trust a PSU which gets 9.9 points in a Jonnyguru's review.

Youre free to disagree - Because I had to replace a CX750M with another that was factory wrapped that was also faulty. Problem was solved by going with a EVGA GQ unit. JG gave the CX750M a 7.1

At the same time i have also read about dodgy CX units from other forum members. so id rather just say avoid all together.

Same OEM - There is something i dont like about CWT making lower end units despite what rating JG gives them.

2 weeks old, should get it rma, uncommon as it may sound cpu can die out of where

Yeah imma give a call to amd customer service tomorow

Great idea, call AMD customer Service, and get it RMA'ed. Things like this is rare, but it does happen unfortunately.
Good Luck with the entire procedure. I am sure it will go smooth for you.

Thanks bro, I hope so

I think I said to RMA it first but yeah RMA it.

Vengeance isn't CX. Same OEM doesn't mean that everything they make is crap.

seem to recall something about the Vengeance and CX-M sharing platform... Could be wrong though.

It doesn't matter. They are all made by the same oem. Even most of corsairs higher end units are made by CWT. those I trust but i dont trust low end corsairs.

Why can't you just accept that someone has a different opinion than you do? I have stated my reason for why I avoid them but you seem so grossly offended and wound up that Im going elsewhere for my cheaper PSU needs.

interesting, CPU just dying, first time I came across the kind of thing.

But he's here asking for ideas. That's why we're here and responding to his question. (it's what we do)

To the OP: I personally would test the PSU first. Then the Mainboard. If no joy, RMA the CPU.
Good luck with it.
