^^^This^^^ You computer is immediately being woken up out of sleep mode. Disconnect all unnecessary USB devices. Try a different USB mount and different keyboard.Any chance you use a wireless mouse ?.
You could all so look in device manager too for USB devices being able to wake the PC.

I'm interested in what may be causing this, my system does this sometimes too and it's NOT a sleep or USB issue, shut down means shut down, not sleep.
I guess we will have to wait for the OP to get back to us with what he has tried, to solve it.

Dude! Thats it !!, it was the f.. vanguard, an anticheat software for valorant, i closed it and the pc turned off normally. You can check in your eventviewer why your PC shutdown and startup.
Press <Windows> + R, then in the <Run> window, enter eventvwr.
If you go into <Administrative Event>, then sort by time, search the moment it happenned. You should have an event of type <Kernel Power>.
It should give you the cause of the reboot or boot. If not, look at the event close-by that happenned before or after.
From knowing the cause, you'll know the solution.
If you want, copy the whole event here if the description is too cryptic. I'll let you know what to do of it.
